What You’ll Be Doing
As the Sr. Growth Manager - Scandinavia, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing OKX’s growth strategy across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland. You'll be responsible for driving sustainable user acquisition, engagement, and retention in one of the most promising and innovation-friendly regions in the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a localized growth strategy tailored to the Scandinavian market, aligned with OKX’s global business goals.
- Building and managing a multi-channel marketing plan that integrates digital marketing, public relations, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, affiliate partnerships, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations, and offline activations.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and churn—using data to refine strategies in real time.
- Leading all aspects of user communication, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across platforms while personalizing messaging for different audience segments.
- Owning the full user lifecycle management process—from first touchpoint to long-term loyalty—including onboarding flows, engagement campaigns, retention tactics, and reactivation initiatives.
- Ensuring all marketing activities are regulatory-compliant, especially in light of evolving crypto regulations in Nordic countries. You’ll proactively adapt messaging and positioning to stay ahead of compliance requirements while capitalizing on new market opportunities.
